    digit archive is not gettin installed! help

    i have installed microsoft dot net framework 2.0 for my ati catalyst 6.9 driver but when i install digit archive from september cd it says i hvae to install dot net frame work 1.1.142 now what do i do ??? ati catalyst wont work with 1.1.142 help plz
