102mb

i recently bought a w200i phone with 128mb m2 card. when formatting the phone asks for a security code. wonder what is should enter. i have an airtel connection. (i could have formatted in windows but the size it shows is not 128 its around 102mb..i wonder where the rest of the space has gone...
