for d motherboard u can go for xfx 790i sli..it supports ddr2 and ddr3 also..and its sli compatible..for d above mentioned specs ur goin for..u need a powerfull psu..so go 4 d for coolermaster or a tagan 600-650w psu..change ur gfx card..u hv gud cards avaible nw..u can go 4 d 8600gt ddr3 wid...
