the reason being opting for DX11 is due to future...i wont have to think for another 2 years for GPU....DX12 is a far fetched idea yet.... moreover i wanna go for something in 6xxx series and not 5xxx...6-series have better shaders....although they have less CPU frequency but they better...

but is it DX11...coz i don wanna invest in anything less than that..

i dont have one...i'll buying a 450-500W corsair probably...if gpu demands...i'll buy corsair HX650

Why there are no AMD phenom in the configs? any special reason?
