    Developed mostly in J2ee and Spring or .Net....the buttons and hovers are designed in Swing...or any other special Graphics application...i guess just by looking at the page none can tell u

    English Characters are encoded using UTF-8 font... but Hindi Characters are not in that format they require more than 1 bit to display a char..i think better consult a person who has proficiency in the Text coding... i know only one command..... use "nativetoascii" command in dos.
