yeah u r right ... it is near CD quality for people who do not have audiophile ears ... and even CD quality is not the best ... to tell u the truth ... once u digitize audio, AC3, WAV or even HD/BD audio ... it loses some of its quality ... its just a race to getting as close to the real thing...
