i have updated everything including bias - - - Updated - - - wire is working fine,i tested with my friend's pc

In Sound, Stereo is working and 5.1 one is not working. In 5.1, front L ,R is working. rear L&R, Center and subwoofer is not working.its shows only line in and mic, Kindly find below the screen shot. - - - Updated - - -

i brought intel DZ75-ML, I connected my creative 5.1 speaker but it is not working...i have updated the audio driver also..pls give me some suggesions
