Sorry about one thing here... budget is 30-35k for cpu+mobo+vdo card(s). And seeing the recomdn for amd, according to anandtech, the overclocked e6300 beats even the am2s hands down, so it might make more sense to go for a good cpu+mobo combo and start saving for the 2nd or 3rd gen dx10...
