I tried it last day, but even then i am unable to do so.! yeah i can Reformat it in FAT.. btw it allows me to format it but not in FAT32 format (Just showing FAT), which my cellphone supports! Thanks

Well as i told you i have searched everything, i did mean it! I have also use that particular CMD Prompt method but not working. Also to make you clear that It's not a hard drive or Pen drive, it's my PHONE MEMORY )))) if there are any other external softwares other than mentioned above...

I have done it many times, i have also used external software named SD formator, but didn't work. Also, on over-writing it is showing the full 490MB(approx.) but in real its is just 240MB...:cry:

One of my folder (with 9 sub folders) opening very slowly in my one HD's volume(34.5GB), i am having 1GB of RAM with Win XP SP2 and that folder contains about 10GB of data. Help me? :cry:
