No difference between D5100 and D3100??!
@op, the body and lens combination recommended by digitsh is the best I can think of in your budget. Surely D5200 is somewhat better, but not much. At the end of the day its the lenses that are gonna make difference. But yes, D3100 is way too inferior...
I have always been a Debian and Arch user, but last week I thought I could install an openbox distro. Crunchbang is an obvious choice. Its Debian based and I already configured it to use the "unstable" Sid repo.
Here is a shot:
Machine: Atom N570 based netbook
OS: Crunchbang("Sid-o-mized")

By "Install internal dial up modem" do you mean installing the hardware? In that case, as most internal dial up modems are PCI, just open your PC case and insert it to an available PCI slot.
If you mean setting up the driver and the dial up software, read on:

Whats the matter with you? Everyone misses lectures at some time or other. But that doesn't mean you wouldn't understand it from a textbook. You took up maths and you must be capable of understanding it from books. Textbooks are meant for that. It will take a bit more time, but its worth it.
^We can't draw like the above cause, the complexity or hardness of NP-Hard problems are not limited. This figure from Wikipedia should clear the doubt.
Your reasoning that the NP-hard set is open because there are infinitely many NP-hard problems is wrong. Although the statement "there are...
Good compilation of basics of DSLR. :)
Not all DSLRs have full frame sensor inside them. Consumer grade DSLRs like Nikon DX series(D3100, D3200, D5100, D5200 and D7000) use APS-C sensors whose size range from 22x14 to 23.8x15.8 . Canon and others has a series' similar to DX of Nikon. They...
A bit problematic. Here is the corrected version:
"A problem L1 has a polynomial time reduction to L2 if and only if there is a way to solve L1 by deterministic polynomial time algorithm using a deterministic algorithms that solves L2 in polynomial time".
The point is, the reduction should be...
Guys, I have been looking for a non DSLR cam with as large sensor as possible and f-stop at least f/2.8 . He doesn't need interchangable lens cam, a fixed 4x - 8x zoom lens will do. Currently I am having a Lumix DMC TZ10, but he is not happy with its low light performance(due to small sensor and...
