dragon 3 problem

Recently I installed dragon age 3,but when I try to run it,message is displayed that my GPU drivers are to be updated from from 13.1 to 13.12 ,I updated latest drivers but problem persists My PC specs are i3 3gen Radeon HD 7730 6 GB ram

error 0xc00000e9 and windows problem

Error 0xc00000e9 is displayed and when I try to fresh install windows 7 screen freezes at windows logo after boot from CD.I have set bios settings to defaultdefault and HDD is normal as well
