virus could be the culprict! , a PORT conflict or ur phones DATA CABLE! try using a diiferent phone (ur friends phone ) and check if problem persists!!if it shows same error try scanning ur PC with UPDATED ANTIVIRUS!! if no virus found then install a fresh copy of windows!- melmelmax
