the dvd was working fine but the cd wasnt opening at all..and system hanged even when i tried to open it manually..anyway great contents in the cd and so awaiting for a new replacement

well, i am a be,ccna,ceh and mcse (yet to appear for exams) ..but now doing mba in advanced it.. i can write some topics but not all tech stuffs as i have almost lkeft it now..but i can give solutions,or suggestiions for windows xp,networking etc..
