Motherboard box is different when bought from shop than in unboxing video

When I saw the unboxing video of MSI MPG GAMING PLUS motherboard, it showed that the box contained MSI badge... but after buying it from vedant, kolkata when I unboxed it there was nothing.

My relative also bought the same product through online and the result is same(both are sealed pack)...does the box really contains it or not ?

In another unboxing video of TUF GAMING B550, I found two standoffs for nvme slot but in reality there was nothing in the box except3 screws....not understanding what is happening ?

What does the box content says? It should be printed on the box itself or listed in a leaflet/quick manual inside the box. If the box content listed those items and they are missing, shoot both MSI and seller an email. They may send you the items missing.

That is what surprised me....leaflet mentions nothing about the standoffs for TUF ...are they producing differently for INDIA ?

and for stickers and badges, i do not think any leaflet has it mentioned.

Then it's likely pre installed.

Some basic chipset boards comes with plastic thingy for M.2. TUF series is not a cheap one, hope they don't come with that plastic thing.

In MSI MPG Gaming Plus box contents are given in the small Mobo manual and there is no MSI Badge specified there but in TUF Gaming B550 the manual clearly is stating TUF Badge as one of the contents of the Mobo Box. If it is missing then there is some sort of cost cutting happening here. Ask them showing the manual in the Mobo & they might send.

This is very likely. Depending on the revenue they expect and the buying power of the people, they might cut some corners for the products they intend to sell in India (or other countries) to maximize the revenue.

Is this happening globally for MSI ?
if yes , then how come you tube videos are showing that there are badges or stickers !!
If No, then why my country is so deprived of :sad:
