I have Asrock B550M Steel Legend motherboard. This MoBo has been working fine for the past few years but since past few days it is giving me problem during boot-ups. When I start my computer I find that my screen is stuck at boot logo and nothing happens. I cannot enter BIOS screen or do anything. I am forced to restart my computer and it starts just fine (sometimes I have to restart 4-5 times to escape this hung screen). There is no beep when the MoBo stops responding, I haven't added any hardware to the system and haven't changed any BIOS settings (including BIOS update). Why has this problem started cropping? What should I do to identify and rectify the problem?

Remove all the parts - RAM, SSD/HDD/ODD, dGPU if your using an APU. Disconnect and reconnect MB, CPU, CPU fan power pins, reset CMOS battery and boot. You should get RAM error beep if you have MB speaker. If not either PSU or your board has issues.

Newer boards may turn off speaker by default in BIOS.
BIOS may freeze if it can't proceed with initialization. This might mean a faulty device like HDD/SSD/GPU etc.
Re-seat all parts GPU/RAM PSU Cables etc. Then disconnect / remove all drives and boot with only one RAM, GPU, KB/Mouse. Does it land in the BIOS and is it stable or still it freezes?
If not try resetting BIOS settings by shorting the CLR pins (Check mobo manual for exact pins) on Mobo when PC is completely off from mains and recheck.
If basic troubleshooting does not help consider taking it to a nearby repair center. The guy over there may have spares to nail down the fault.
Mobo manual generally specifies which is the optimum slot for single RAM. Try to use that as well when you boot with min components.

I faced some issues with a friend's rig & resetting CMOS helped it to boot (it was getting stuck at BIOS screen).
Remove CMOS, hold power button for 10s to get rid of residual charge, then I booted the PC w/o CMOS, later added back the same CMOS battery.

previous post + a few more checks to be done
- Check all drives SSD/HDD for bad sectors or any other issues. Tools like Crystal Disk Info
- While you run with min components, swap parts to other slots wherever feasible e.g. if you have 2 or 4 RAM slots, alternate between them. Also if you have 2 PCIe slots put your GPU in both one by one and check if system is stable or not
- Check if the issue also occurs in Safe Mode
- Check Event Viewer for any system failure messages. Windows might have recorded an event when it freezes
- System restore to an earlier state
- Is PC connected a UPS or Inverter?
Most of the steps are not applicable here as, like I said earlier, the system freezes at boot logo itself. I cannot even enter BIOS - forget about booting into safe mode.
Well, this time I opted for just "Clear CMOS" step and that didn't work..I had to restart my system 4 times before it booted properly.

I assume you tried rest of the things as suggested by many of us here.
If basic troubleshooting did not help, (like running without storage drives, min components, swapping parts in available slots, clear CMOS, clear Static, checking drives for bad sectors or errors etc etc) consider taking it to a repair shop.

did you try booting the pc with all storage media (HDD/SSD etc) disconnected? Freezing at boot logo is often related to malfunctioning drive(s) that interferes with the booting process.
it may also be caused by faulty or loosely seated RAM sticks or even a bad power supply.
if all checks pass,the only remaining culprits will be the motherboard or the cpu itself.
