Need Graphic Card for my build

I have recently got the following budget build configuration :

r5 5600g
16 gb single channel ram
asrock b450 motherboard
gigabyte 450 watt psu

My concern is which graphic card should I buy with these components(specially 450 watt psu) for the best performance I am eyeing on 1660ti or 1660 super But my heart wants 3060 12gb
So need suggession what upgrade can I do. Will 450 watt handle 3060??

Used RX6600 for 11k or so? Add a 2nd RAM stick. 450W is too low.

4060 is very power efficient but is a bad value for its price.
