3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?

browsing with multiple browsers simultaneously having many tabs open. youtube videos, whatsapp etc.

NO coding or heavy video editing.


5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?

whatever is good.
will try to buy extended warranty along with it to cover 3 years. a bundled MS Office will be an added advantage.


4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?

any good brand with good after sales.


6) Anything else you would like to say?

Screen resolution : Full HD Preferred

Battery back up : normal (3-4hrs)

Purchase place : Local Offline / Lucknow

1. it says - "Memory - 8 GB LPDDR5-5500 MHz RAM (onboard)" means soldered RAM so no upgrade. Also, the description below (Technical Details) says - "Maximum Memory Supported ‎8 GB"

2. anything with intel? might increase the budget if its ok.

3. anything under 20-25000 for just typing work?

2. Why buy something inferior? With the budget increase to buy i5, you can get Ryzen 5, which will be my pick

Refurbished is a strict no, better get that cheap Acer laptop under 30k
