No need to go for 'k' version processor if not going to overclock.

Intel stock cooler is not good enough for 8th/9th gen i7(for comparison hyper 212 is only a bit better in handling these processors that too under not much heavy load) & good cpu coolers are either overpriced or not available at all in India so better get it too from US.

Z390 mobo tier list( *www.overclock.net/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=250662&d=1548963030 ). For same price of $240,gigabyte aorus ultra is better. There may be even better options so refer this list & US prices.

For such costly rig don't go below corsair TX series.

Go with this, just a little behind samsung 970 evo performance but much cheaper.

For cabinet, get coolermaster MB511(rgb with mashed front panel so good thermals which you really need with latest i7 systems).

Zotac mini cards heat up a lot if you don't have a decent airflow in your case. So I would say not to buy Zotac mini cards

RTX 2070 goes for as low as $480 generally, why buy it for $600? Some lucky people grabbed RTX 2080 for under $650. Also, get Adata SU650 1TB for $100 or spend more for NVMe like Samsung 970 Evo 500GB for ~$130. WD Blue SN500 500GB seems great for its price as well, sadly no 1TB option. I think QLC NVMe SSDs like Intel 660p & Samsung Qvo aren't good for you as they have lower endurance (500GB Intel 660p has 100TBW vs 300TBW for other 500GB SSDs).

Check Newegg, they have great deals on PC components, almost everything is cheaper than Amazon.

SU650 is lower end series & that too of Adata so not recommended at all,one would be better off buying samsung qvo than this series. Also Adata's SX8200 NVMe series is cheaper & almost match samsung 970 evo as per many reviews. If one really needs to buy a 1tb ssd then crucial MX500 is available on onlyssd for ~11k(~$158).

P.S. btw I don't know how much pc games need TBW but for just running OS & usual stuff, hitting even 10TBW in a year is not possible without running lots of torrents all the time.

Since it is a video editing rig, I'm sure TBW will get used up pretty fast for OP. Adata is decent IMO, suggested just for the endurance. Even WD Blue 1TB was on sale for $100, I'd prefer that over Adata for sure.

For gamers, QLC SSDs are definitely enough. I used like 2.5TBW in one month on my Intel 660p. I won't be downloading a lot of games every month, so it should be lower in subsequent months. I store my OS & all games on my SSD, currently has under 250GB free out of 1TB.

Cpu cooler is difficult, you seems to be in Chennai & temps there will be quite high.9900k should be ok at stock speed & moderate load but under heavy load & overclocked speeds you really need a good cpu cooler which costs a lot.

Intel Core i9 9900K processor review
I can only say about second hand experience with MSI MEG Z390 howering just bellow 50c on VRM, but CPU is another story, hitting 100+ when encoding x265 videos with AVX. (28c room ambient using Noctua NH-u14S)

i7 9700k & i9 9900k Cooling
I'm using the Noctua NH-U14S with two fans on the heatsink. On an i9 9900k right now.And while gaming I'm getting an average of 65c in both Destiny 2 and Forza Horizon 4. This is with Asus MCE enabled and runs on all cores at 4.8GHz and peaks at 5GHz on all cores.I've run Prime95 and temps can hit 80c. But haven't seen any throttling on the cores.

You can go with above(available on amazon India) & keep your room temps ~20C using AC & it should work alright.

This is the best solution but in India it costs much higher:
Noctua NH-D15 with I9-9900K
You can try getting it from amazon USA & even with customs duty it should cost less than amazon India price.

If it is indeed available for 7500 then it is the best option(somebody said on reddit that availability is not assured even if site showing available) @Pradeepcool get it ASAP if available.

Update:
Friend of mine coming from Ireland and so ordered Noctua NH-U12A .From what I could gather from the Internet , this cooler was released last month and the performance , if not on par with D15 , is really good (like 1-2 Centigrade higher than D15) but at the same time very compact and no problem with RAM clearance .

Hmm..yeah valid point but cpu cooler going kaput is bit of an off chance . Given that I am getting a lot of other expensive components without warranty ,this probably shouldn't hurt ...fingers crossed .. :D
