Rainmeter using 5% CPU - significant?

My Ryzen 3 2200G based desktop with Windows 10 Professional and Rainmeter desktop widgets shows that Rainmeter itself uses 5 - 7% of CPU. Task manager corroborates this. This is while the desktop is idle.

Is that something to be concerned about? Exiting Rainmeter seems to improve performance while gaming. I am not sure about it because the actual performance varies depending on game and situation.
