Intel Hackintosh with *cough cough* Final Cut Pro X would destroy competition.
Otherwise, a decent gaming laptop like is ideal.
Make sure you get an 8th gen intel CPU. Also dont forget about Intel quicksync, see if your preferred video editing software supports it.

It has i7 HQ but with GTX 1050. Since video editing seems first priority, getting an i7 takes higher priority over getting 1050Ti. It should provide 4-5 hrs of battery life unlike other gaming laptops. It even has a SSD for boot device pre-installed which is an added convenience. Also Dell has best after sales.

i7 8th ULV is good but it can't sustain high performance for extended durations. So i7 7th gen HQ is still a better choice.

Edit:
This laptop is on offer, has i7 + 1050Ti, no SSD though, but you can always get an SSD later on.

Thanks to all senior members who have replied. My first priority is video and picture editing and the second thing I need is that the laptop should be light weight.

But all the laptops suggested are heavier.

Isn't HP Pavilion 15-bf148TX good enough like the one suggested by you all? I liked it as it has most of the features of the suggested laptops and it is only 1.6 kgs.

Are there any DOS based laptops also available as it will reduce the cost or I could get better configuration in the same price?

Last thing, can we overclock the laptops?

Thanks again for faster help. I will be buying it in a day or two.

As I said earlier, ULV CPUs can't sustain their high performance for extended durations. So in benchmarks i7 8550U might be close to i7 7700HQ but during extended rendering periods it will clock down & performance will be no where close to HQ one. That i7 is great for general usage & even gaming but not for video editing which is a CPU & GPU intensive task.

Also not to forget, 940MX is weak, like very weak in comaprison to even a GTX 1050. 1050 is 300% better(4x) than it terms of performance. 1050Ti is 25% better than a 1050.

If you are into video editing, seriously don't think about getting light laptops. 2.5kg is decent enough to carry around. Or increase your budget to get a light high performance laptop but I doubt there are any such laptops in Indian market as there will be very less number of buyers for such a laptop (there are decent no. of options in US, like Razer Blade for $1800, which is about $800 more than cheapest normal weight laptop with same specs).

Don't overclock laptops. With age the cooling efficiency of laptops decreases, so extra thermal stress is not recommended. Overclockable laptops are usually very bulky(17" screens, 4kg+).

If you still want a light laptop, the Acer Nitro 5 Spin is good. But for performance, Dell 7567 with i7 7700HQ & 1050Ti is the best bet at 80k(normally it sells for 90k).
