Correct but some old/cheap hdmi cables may have peculiar issues like the one I have is cause a momentary blackout (not power loss) of tv screen whenever there is a power cut & home inverter kicks in but does not happen with amazon basics hdmi cable in same setup.
OC version simply means card is factory overclocked, you can overclock any supported graphics card yourself though the standard warranty T&C usually has a clause that can be used by manufacturer to reject warranty claim though for typical overclocking it rarely happens.
Not much luck there, asus doesn't provide much detailed info on its laptops unlike hp/dell/lenovo. Just confirm the basic components (processor, graphics, screen panel type) & buy if like the configuration with specified ram & ssd.

Even non returnable items can be replaced if dead on arrival can be proved/believed by customer care. Non-returnable typically means only replacement but no refund.
