It is. But it's worth it. Brown keys are silent. Try it once. You will never want to go back.
Else, just get TVS Gold bharat keyboard. Not kidding. I still use it on my main desktop PC. Next best thing to actual mechanical keyboards.
Available in Nehru place at less than 1k used. Good conditions.
Its been 4 hours years since you created this thread. I think it's high time to upgrade to a mechanical wireless keyboard.
I will suggest Aula's keyboards. I recently got Aula F87 brown keys that are silent. Solid!
What do you mean faced any problem? Should I wait for the problem?
NAS reports the improper shutdown in the logs and that is enough to ring my alarm bells. It may lead to data corruption if nothing else.
I have kept my NAS shutdown until I find a solution to the issue. Maybe will wait for the...
Ok after hours of research came to know that few UPS have this USB Data feature (known as PowerChute) which when connected with NAS lets NAS know about battery percentage of the UPS and let it do a graceful shutdown when UPS battery power is low. (Found from here...
I too want to buy one for my dad. Can you check and let me know if it has call recording without announcements?
Also share link for the screen protector!
Being doing so for a decade now. I use APC UPS to power by Desktop PC. And now repurposing it for other task like backing NAS and routers. However for router I bought a specialized UPS that caters to lower watt device. But looking for a good backup solution for delicate machines like NAS.
Adding more details:
I have Synology DiskStation DS220+
It's power draw is around 15 watts and requires input voltage of 100 V to 240 V as per this documentation...
So I recently learned that routers have special UPS that gives a power backup of multiple hours. Before that I use to use a PC UPS like from APC and it doesn't even use to give me backup of even 15 min to my router. But after buying something like Artis AR-MINIDC-3 Mini UPS, I now have around 2...

I would have preferred clicky sound, but then I need to use it in office so went with silent keys.
There's this trend of "minimalistic" setup. Linus recently hide entire PC within a table. So only monitor, keyboard and mice were on table top. Kinda sick too.
But I too would like my future cabinet to be in front of me at all times. :P
Thanks for the update.
I personally bought myself, EvoFox Deck Smartphone, and I like that it makes my phone turn and look like a steamdeck. (Poor man's steamdeck that is).
Happy gaming!
