Yes, SSD seems to be a bad position. But before testing it more, just take backup of your files. And then confirm if SSD is at fault by looking at SMART test or something. I can think of the software CrystalDiskInfo. You can post a screenshot of that.

Hmm. For security of the security cameras, I think offline are the best solution. And maybe I can reposition the existing IP camera on the main entrance. It always boils down to convenience vs privacy.

My builder got the video door bell installed from hikvision. But it being Chinese company I was thinking for some alternative like cp plus for security cams. Also being it offline means we can't access the feeds while we are away from home? How's your experience with hikvision?
