Would the Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Windforce OC 3x 8GB be a good candidate for overclocking? All other cards from manufacturers like MSI, Zotac and Asus are 50k+ and that's definitely over my budget. Not sure if Inno3D, Colorful and Galax are considered good brands for GPUs.
