I am not able to deactivate BSNL hello tune..I ve sent so many messages but all failed.. PLZ. tell me what is the exact message to deactivate the hello tune from BSNL postpaid mobile..

when i log into *selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal it shows error saying : The Requested Resource does not exists . Go to main page of this application! see the pic below..

I have BBG-FN-HOME-600-COMBO-PLUS-MONTHLY which has night unlimited (0200-0800 hr.) But i ve a problem. just look at the picture below..Total volume includes both day and night usage... Why the are adding night usage to it as it is free in this plan...here night usage also accounts for that...
