Need to buy a laptop under 20k

Need to buy a laptop under 20K with requirements of great battery life, fast processing with 2GB RAM and hard disk around 250 or 320GB. My brother is pursuing B.Sc IT studies and wish to gift him a better machine. Kindly help me out with this one. Thanks!
