Thats probably because you dont have anything to be delivered...you just book and take a printout ... One of my friend also faced issue with ngpay in the same way. I have ngpay installed on my mobile and I just use it to check train timing and seat availability ..hehe :D

Guys.. I have a techcom ssd 670 internal tv tuner ~ Its a cheap card ..retails for about rs .9k ..but has awesome picture quality.I actually rate its picture quality higher than the pinnacle 50i i used to have. It works perfectly fro 2k/xp systems and also has drivers for 32bit vista...
