This is what my setup is in my home.
BSNL Wifi router on first floor and a TPLink router on the second floor. Obviously, the TPLink router has better range. If you have only one floor, prefer the TPLink router.
My plan is the basic Rs. 500 for 40 mbps plan.
TE is just market place. People are only active because of market place and happen to post elsewhere. But yeah, it does keep forums alive.

If you can, try to get a Skylake i5 (6th gen) system at least. Unfortunately, I don't know where you can get these systems for cheap. You will have to buy second hand.
Note that there are only three companies that make DRAM chips: Micron, Samsung and SK Hynix.
Kingston, AData, Corsair etc. just use chips from these companies to make DIMMs.
Crucial is a bit special in the sense that it is Micron's in house brand.
30K used to be decent money a decade ago. But as you know, prices have increased due to inflation and exchange rate. We are looking at spending ~45K at least these days for a budget desktop.

It is indeed fixed for >95% RX 6000 series cards, but sometimes a certain card from a certain board manufacturer has the bug.
