and download better software for displaying webcam. amcap is ****. chk in amcap if it has detected the webcam or not. update drivers. try other usb port or chk usb thought other device.

why not try 5th format? i do that all the time. just did it and most probably gpoing for it again. cant be prob of password as it displays the wallpaper. hope you havent got any startup prog which automatically logs u off. and if its original is it activated or in activation period?

have u installed the drivers back? in xp there was a fix for cd rom. update ur comp. and get the drviers from cd rom site. it help me with my sound prob.

how many times should it be repeated that this is not hacking. we aare only changing registry values which ms itself allows us ti edit. not even using an external software or any patch. this is different matter that ms has made a mistake.
