    upgrading my graphic card

    i have amd athlon x2 64 2.9 ghz cpu with a gigabyte ddr2 MOBO 9400gt zotac graphic card... i want to upgrade my graphic card in order to play all the latest games.... is ther any need to change the mobo and cpu??? Also need a required PSU.... suitable fr multitasking.... thnkz....:)
