problem solved!!
actually there was a 4pin connector with the 20pin power connector to be attached... i had missed that.. when i asked a local hardware store to check my motherboard, they had connected it then i realised my mistake... so my screen flickered due to less power!
hmm.. i will check that cable.. as its from the old PC..
i am a bit suspicious about the Ram because mobo's manual says it supports RAM made of more than 512 megabits chips, well i dont know whats thats actually... but the RAM i bought, its Memory Type is 4 GB (8 x 256 MB) DDR3 DIMM.. i guess...

Processor: AMD 4 GHz AM3+ FX-4300...
