Buying pc under 20k. (Only processor , board, RAM,dvdwriter and cabinet)

hi My budget is Rs 20000 and want to buy only processor (prefably i5 2500k\2500),board(any),RAM 4 GB , dvdwriter and cabinet. Please give me details of configuration to buy.I want i5 2500k\2500 for sure.For rest alll i am confused.
