Yes very much useable even without the wrist rest, just that it becomes much more comfortable with the WR. The kb along with the wr were purchased from Keychron's site whereas the keycap set was purchased from Banggood.

A little bit, yeah! But this is the V2 and it's slightly better than the V1. In any case a wrist rest is probably necessary.

The Keychron K2 arrived today. This is the aluminum version with RGB. The key switches are the Gateron Reds.

The default HDD orientation is horizontal in this TT case, although being a modular case you could change the orientation of the components being used.
