Take a look at LG IPS225v or dell u2211h. both of these are ips models and have hdmi input.

Among these three, definitely Dell ST2220L. It has HDMI input,unlike the other two. All other features of St2220L are same, if not better. Also check out LG IPS 225v. it's an IPS panel and is in the same price range :-)

How do i test a monitor before buying it? I mean, is this possible in LG showrooms?

Hey,if u can slightly increase ur budget to 7k, then u can very well go for BenQ G2222HDL, which is a 22" LED monitor and costs 7k at nehru place (latest price at costtocost.in)

If it comes down to Dell ST2220L and LG IPS 225v and LG E2251VR, then which is the one to go for????

but LG ips225v costs around 9-9.5k. what about it? I read somewhere that IPS panels aren't meant 4 gaming and should be preferred only by graphic designers. and that they also suffer from ghosting. Is LG compromising on something? Because no other brand has an ips model in this price range.......

This post mentions that IPS monitors aren't meant 4 gaming. but aren't IPS panels known 4 their superior viewing angles?? What are d drawbacks of IPS as compared to LED monitors like DELL ST2220L or the LG E2251vr????

Hello guys!!! I'm new to this forum. I'm considering buying a 22" led monitor. I encountered this lg ips225v and I'm wondering how come an IPS panel is being offered at 9.5k. Why don't other brands have IPS models in this range? Is LG compromising on something? please do advise..........
