WIFI driver troubleshooting

I have Dell Inspiron 1520 .After re-installing Windows XP i have not been able to choose the proper driver for my WIFI card.hence it is not working. NOTE: i don't know what is my WIFI card's model/company Dell does not give a recovery disk,i have a separate driver disk.
