+1 I am not able to burn Dual layer DVD on my Sony. I googled it and found that Sony recommends only Verbatim Dual layer.

My mistake, I meant to say Double boot not dual boot.

Dual boot is a known issue with Abit IP 35 boards and I believe it is fixed in the latest BIOS update.

I brought a motherboard, two processors, Ram and a laptop from US without any issue. It was scanned by X ray.

Does your PC start randomly (i mean anytime) or when you turn on the UPS?

There is a option in BIOS under power management I believe, where you can set the option to either power on or power off PC after a power failure. Check that.

You seems to be lucky, I ordered Dell 24" LCD on 8th of this month and expected delivery time on Dell website says 27th. Seems they want to play safe by intentionally extended the date. I ordered a LCD 22" last year and it took around 13 days to reach me after I placed the order.
