R7 7735U chip at 80k is kind of expensive. Also, which display?
FYI - I bought a 14" Lenovo Ideapad for 72k with 100% sRGB LCD panel, Core Ultra 5 135H & 32GB RAM, this was 6+ months ago.
My parents bought IFB front load because of parts issue with LG front load after close to 8-9 years of usage. My grandparents used an IFB front load for almost 15+ years without any major issues (stopped using it later on).
I personally bought a Samsung top load for the 20 year warranty on...

R5 7600 based rig will be fine, get 2x 32GB 6000MHz RAM instead, even CL36 will be fine as you are not into gaming.
GPU - 5060Ti 16GB is 50k, good for productivity (Ankit Infotech had a Zotac model in stock...
Realistically expect 8GB RAM to be the minimum requirement these days if you plan to use your phone for a few years. Samsung has cheap weak phones with 6 OS update promise, not sure how those will run smoothly after 2-3 updates considering their SoC is weak even for 2025.
Cost?
Also, R5 5600 is enough. R7 5700X is not a good buy. Get 5700X3D if you want the best CPU for your mobo for gaming, but 5600 is more than enough for RX 7600.
All are basic parts, should be good.
If you plan to buy a GPU, get 1100VA UPS.
