730 is Nokia or Microsoft Lumia, right ? Currently i'm using Samsung Grand Prime, it's having low SAR value, atleast theoretically i'm satisfied. Btw, I need a cellphone which has OTG support also. Kindly amend & finalise my decision as per requirement.

Thanks for replies. As u said, i'm also keen towards New Moto G(2014). But the thing is that, as 1.6 W/kg is the max permissible SAR limit & Moto G(2014) is having 1.52 W/kg, so how much harming it can be for the user i.e me or its just an upper limit still making a safer value ! Please...
