i want to know if the package gets lost by the courier company. then will prime abgb replaced the order. please tell me urgently

my order is worth 16k.from prime abgb. and the courier company is trackon. but i have seen from the internet that this company is very bad.now i am worried about my order. many of the orders from trackon have been lost or mispalced. please tell me am i right?
