in my PC 1 Gb ram of 667 is working fine.......but both (acc to specification) are not......so what should i do now ???......should i buy the ram of diff freq (lower ) ( ithink in that case there is freq mismatch) or simply i can't upgrade my RAM....:(

i have one Kingston DDR2 RAM 1 GB 667. (OLD) i bought another 1GB DDR2 RAM of Kingstom 667.(NEW BOUGHT TODAY) when just the 1 GB is connected (OLD RAM or NEW RAM) it shows 896 mb of RAM. BUT when both are in the slot then the system property still shows 896MB RAM. Pc config: Pentium D 2.8...
