heyyyyyyyii have you tried to boot using three key combination.....here it is while tablet is off press up volume button + menu button(left to home button) + power button simultaneously and keep holding it for 10 sec normal it will boot to recovery boot screen....!!!!!!!

yes you can use some dongles i also own funbook i use huawei 1731 unlocked version of airtel dongle bought it through EBAY...
