I want to backup the drive where windows XP is installed and all the current settings to a DVD. So that I can restore to the current state after reinstalling windows in future. And at that time I don't want to install all the softwares again and I don't want to download all the Windows updates...

I did as U said by calling 2 costomer care. But when I try 2 connect 2 Airtel Live, it displays "Communication Failure". When I checked the settings of Airtel Live, the username and password woz empty. Is there any username and password for Airtel Live?
