its not a problem of file explorer my smart movie player and any other avi player doesnt work it doesnt open i think it is now not able to render avi videos please tell me how to format the phone n72

no any avi player open and play avi files i install smart movie ,divxplayer remove and then re install it restore factort reset but it doesnt work from file explorer i directly try to open but it also not working what i do

i have already installed both player but doesnt work i again remove and then again install but it not working i install codek pack also but not working can u help me to format the phone or restore factry defualt *#7370# doesnot work in n72
