Dude you don't need an MS account for digital entitlement. It's only an option which will made available in the anniversary update. And if you have a OEM (came with the computer) version, I don't think you can attach it to your Microsoft account regardless. You don't need to have a MS account...

Hey guys I own a Lenovo Y510p laptop with: a Single Nvidia Geforce 755m Core i5 4200m 8 Gb ram Windows 10 My question is will Rise of The Tomb Raider work on this @ at least 1080p? I also have a PS4, will I be better off getting the game on it?
