try to delete everything in the temp folder and temporary internet files. it might be something to do with that. i had a similar problem once, though, winxp was refusing to start.
i wud choose ubuntu edgy as i am fond of debian and apt. also, the size of download is much less. the hefty size of fedora core 6 will drive a person of low bandwith crazy.
yeah, it might be a problem with the graphic card drivers. chk out the refresh rate lso to see if it matches with the games requirements. dont meddle into that much as the consequences are not pretty.
try Freespire and Knoppix as they are gr8 for getting used to the feel pf linux and for multimedia files. u may also try debian. mandriva also may not be a bad choice.
actually, there is no specific use for it so its always better not to have any of them. they just use a lot of system resources. but if u want, u may install Windows Blinds. its good.
with the onset of launch of PS3 in India, is it a good move by Sony not to decrease its prices?? In USA and Japan, u can buy it for just above than 100$ and in india, it costs around 12000Rs (almost double the price). is it a right move by Sony??
Hey,
i want something of the same type. though, i am not willing to spend any money on it.. is there a software i can download in which it will type into any windows application without having to register??
I downloaded it from its Official website. There are further problems. In spite of installing the Opera plug-in, it does not open with opera. It is next to useless on my pc.
