There is a link in the dell customer supprt site, to change ownership for these kind of cases. And yes, you can pay by CC (faster also). BTB, how much discount are u getting for using the EPP program ?

Normally when buying from dell, if you give them in writing that you do not intent to resale the lappy, they'll reduce the tax . Did you try that ?

that's not a problem. I got my M1330 thru EPP through a friend of mine in bangalore, and got it shipped to chennai. They'll ship to anywhere in india and for these system installation, they have tie-ups with 3'rd party companies.[wipro infotech , for chennai]..
