I have given that GPU to my fnd and got Geforce 6200 card... It 'll 've low performance while compared to 6600 GT.. but works fine..

@mumble what ISP you were using...First of all check your firewall settings.. This creates lots of issues.. it blocks cookies of some sites... windows firewall also doin like this..
