what is the cost of 17 inch lcd monitot ?Is there a plasma monitopr of that size?if it is there how much it costs?

even after increasing the no to 200 ,still showing no seeders or peers although the torrents are very much alive.Is it because of firewalls or something else?

At my office pc we have a lan connection. when I am trying to download torrentfiles using a p2p client software like bitcomet or azureus it is showing half open tcp connection. Otherwise I can access any site from my machine. How to deal with this?
