So if go for FX 6300 and save 7K as suggested, what would be a better option: HD7870 or GTX 760?

If I go for FX 8350 CPU, which motherboard would you suggest? And I think a 20K GPU might overshoot my budget, would GTX 650Ti Boost 2GB GDDR5(13K) be able to handle these games at high settings? Any other Graphics card that you can suggest? Also suggest which UPS to buy and mention the cost...

So is it worth waiting for the new AMD GPUs or to go with the nvidia gtx 760 suggested above? Is there a drastic improvement in performance? I am asking this because I was planning to buy the machine next week.
