34k - must be 8800 GTS 44k - mus be 8800 GTX They'r different , GTS << GTX . Invest on those 8800 now is not a good choice ,though they'r powerful & support Dx10 , but no game available on Dx10 platform ( Crysis was postponed till next year ) . Go and buy some 7900 or X1900 , X1950...

1 - Overheat system -- Check fan and clean the case . 2 - Ram faulty -- Use any kind of mem test ie: memtest MFC etc ... to check . 3 - PSU problem (power supply) . -- Change it by another one and see . There's no way after re-install Windows and it still restart on it own .

Who will buy that for 15k ??? I just bought AMD 64 3000+ , 1Gb DDR2 667 Mhz , mainboard and 80Gb hdd for that much :|
