The only monitor I know of that currently has both LED backlight and IPS is the LG IPS231V-PN. The only thing that I wish it had would be a 2ms, or lower, response time. Even so, at 5ms, it's still not too shabby. I would buy it, but I decided to spend a little more and get a 27" that I can...
